This John Deere 620 was built in 1956 and had a tough life. When it was delivered to me to rebuild I striped any remaining hardware and sand blasted the entire tractor. Next I replace the steering wheel and repainted it. The front wheels were replaced and I added new decals to complete the restoration. As much as I had desired to keep this tractor in my personal collection it was returned to a very happy owner who returned it to their own collection.

Based on the toys I prefer, typically the older 1/16th scale tractors, each could benefit from sand blasting and repainting. I like toys that look appealing and not overly abused. My experience includes mild customization, sand blasting, repainting, repairing and restoring toy tractors to their original condition. |
